Who are KIX
KIX Vaping is one of the leading vape stores in Northern Ireland. I designed their brand new website with a strong focus on user experience. The site was designed in Figma and developed using WordPress/WooCommerce by the ProfileTree development team.
Problem
As a team, we brainstormed multiple solutions. During the design stage, I meticulously wireframed each page to clearly outline the process and user journey. I implemented a sleek, modern design featuring a categorized shop, a mega menu, and an overall more efficient user experience.
Solution
KIX's previous website was built internally by their team using Shopify. They relied on an outdated free template that offered a poor user experience. The main issue was the user journey, particularly how customers navigated and purchased products. There was no categorisation within the shop, making browsing a frustrating experience.
